Residential Skylight

Fix North Vancouver home skylight broken foggy double pane glass. Repair replacement and installation of new safety skylight glass
Installed brand new aluminum rafter purlin skylight system with double pane safety glass. This skylight were custom sized and custom built at our shop to fit new openings. Aluminum skylight frames were thermally broken and double pane Low-E glass which makes the system as energy efficient as any other skylight system on the market. All flashings were installed properly with current roof to stop any leaks from coming into the home.
